REGULATORY SOLICITOR NQ+, MANCHESTER, COMPETITIVE SALARY AND PACKAGE

Introduction

An award-winning full-service law firm is expanding its Corporate Regulatory team. Job reference: 9523.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Advising high-value commercial clients on regulatory compliance and reputation management across various sectors.
  2. Handling matters including Data Protection & ICO compliance, Environmental & ESG regulation, Product safety & recall, Consumer protection, Gambling & advertising compliance, Land use and enforcement (including airports, ports & railways), and Reputation management and media engagement.
  3. Collaborating closely with experienced colleagues and cross-functional teams.
Candidate Requirements
  • Up to 3 years’ PQE in regulatory law, with experience in data protection as a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation skills, commercial acumen, and advocacy experience.
