The Role:
As a Senior Residential Property Lawyer, you will manage a caseload of complex residential conveyancing matters and provide guidance to junior members of the team. Matters will typically include:
High-value freehold and leasehold sales/purchases
Remortgages and transfers of equity
New build and shared ownership transactions
Lease extensions and title issues
HNW and bespoke property matters
You’ll be expected to maintain excellent client relationships, contribute to departmental strategy, and support ongoing business development.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) with 6+ years PQE in residential property
Proven ability to handle complex or high-value transactions
Confident in managing files independently and supervising junior staff
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Commercially aware and proactive in business development
