Regulatory Senior Manager / Director - Consulting

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Senior Manager or Director with a strong background in providing Regulatory Consulting solutions and services to financial services clients. The role involves advising on regulatory matters, change execution, remediation, and compliance assurance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing client and market strategies on regulatory topics
  • Leading proposals and RFP processes
  • Recruiting and training team members
  • Managing client engagements and delivering complex regulatory programs

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of key regulatory topics affecting financial services, including capital markets, retail, asset management, and insurance
  • Deep understanding of regulatory areas such as FCA Conduct Rules, G20 Transaction Reporting, DORA, Operational Resilience, and Consumer Duty
  • Understanding of compliance management processes and operating models
  • Experience delivering complex regulatory projects
  • Leadership experience in team setup and success
  • Network of industry contacts and experts in relevant regulatory fields
  • Experience managing RFP processes
