Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE with strong technical skills and commercial acumen.
• Interest in education, technology and/or food/beverage sectors preferred.
• Aptitude for business development.

Responsibilities

• Join a fast-growing team in a leading practice.
• Work with clients from a cross-section of industries nationally and internationally with focus on education, technology and food/beverages sectors.
• Advise clients on regulatory issues, with primary focus on advisory work and some investigations.
• Play an active role in business development.
