Job Description:

This Top 50 National law firm is seeking to recruit a Regulatory Solicitor to join the growing Business Crime and Regulatory team in Birmingham. This team is recognised as one of the country's leading teams in this area of law, and regularly acts on high profile cases.

The team covers the full spectrum of regulatory work, both contentious and non-contentious, ranging from defending serious workplace incident criminal cases and alleged environmental offences to representation at inquests and inquiries, and advisory work on areas such as food law, product regulation, and advertising/marketing.

The ideal candidate will be:

• 5+ PQE
• Well suited to a regulatory lawyer with experience in Health & Safety, Environmental, Food Safety, Inquests, and Product Liability/recall.
• Experience gained in Private Practice or In House is welcome.
• Ambitious and driven, looking to develop their practice.
