Regulatory Risk Senior/ Analyst | 9 - 12 month Fixed Term Contract

The EMEA Regulatory Risk team is responsible for regulatory horizon scanning, managing relationships with regulators and the regional coordination of policies, employee compliance, regulatory reporting, licensing, Board and management reporting.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our advertised location.

What role will you play?
As an Analyst / Senior Analyst within the team, you will support the team's delivery across a broad range of business-as-usual processes and upcoming continuous improvement initiatives. This includes the EMEA fitness and propriety standard (including the UK Certification Regime), the EMEA policy governance framework, and employee compliance oversight, including approvals of outside business activity and gift and entertainment. You will also be responsible for recording regulatory interactions, preparing regulatory reports accurately, compiling the regulated entity Board reports cycle on behalf of the Regional Head of Compliance, maintaining certain intranet and website Compliance content, and managing the team's mailbox. Additionally, you will gain exposure to the wider team's core activities, such as horizon scanning and assurance reviews.
