The EMEA Regulatory Risk team is responsible for regulatory horizon scanning, managing relationships with regulators, and regional coordination of policies, employee compliance, regulatory reporting, licensing, Board, and management reporting.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many roles, this position requires 3 days a week in our advertised location.

As an Analyst / Senior Analyst, you will support the team’s delivery of business-as-usual processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include managing the EMEA fitness and propriety standards, policy governance, employee compliance oversight, regulatory interactions, reporting, and maintaining compliance content. You will also be involved in horizon scanning and assurance reviews.

Our Risk Management Group is an independent, centralized function responsible for review, oversight, and reporting of Macquarie’s material risks. We aim to manage current risks and anticipate future ones, with divisions covering compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk, and more.
