Job summary

TEKsystems is recruiting for a Regulatory Reporting Operations Analyst in London to join a major banking programme. The role focuses on delivering and supporting regulatory reporting within a complex Capital Markets environment and engaging with Operations, Controls and the wider business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in regulatory reporting/operations, a background in financial services, and strong analytical and stakeholder management skills to drive improvements and governance

Qualifications

• Experience within Regulatory Reporting, Regulatory Operations or a related Operations function.
• Background within Investment Banking, Capital Markets or Financial Services.
• Understanding of how regulatory reporting fits within an operational environment.
• Experience investigating issues, exceptions or breaks and working with stakeholders through to resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
• Exposure to risk, controls, governance or regulatory change would be advantageous.

• Work with key stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and operational impacts
• Assist with the analysis of existing reporting processes and identify opportunities for improvement

• Coordinate across Operations and other relevant business functions
• Contribute to regulatory and operational change initiatives impacting the reporting environment
• Produce and maintain clear process, requirement and operational documentation where required
