Help Shape Regulatory Best Practice in a Fast-Growing Bank

Wilkinson & Associates are delighted to be supporting a purpose-led bank with the appointment of a Regulatory Reporting Manager. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong grasp of the UK banking regulatory landscape and hands-on experience preparing regulatory submissions.

As part of a small, growing finance function, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of the bank’s reporting obligations, while also helping to shape automation and improve reporting processes from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the preparation and submission of regulatory reports in line with PRA and FCA requirements

• Ensure data integrity, completeness and control across all reporting activity

• Analyse regulatory changes, translating them into actionable recommendations

• Work closely with finance and wider teams to ensure quality data at source

• Support a continuous improvement agenda, focusing on automation and efficiency

• Deliver clear, concise outputs to support Board and Committee reporting

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Experience in a regulatory reporting role within banking or financial services

• Strong knowledge of PRA and FCA requirements for small banks

• Attention to detail and structured working style

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Able to explain complex rules in a clear and practical way

• Proactive, resilient and hands-on, with a collaborative mindset

Desirable:
