What you’ll be doing
  • Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Reporting, you will help deliver the regulatory reporting Policy Standard and related controls across Paragon Banking Group PLC.
  • Develop and support regulatory, treasury, and financial reporting frameworks in line with best practices and regulatory expectations.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate submission of all regulatory returns.
  • Monitor regulatory reporting requirements and support the impact analysis of new regulations.
  • Report on the performance of the regulatory reporting Policy Standard to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Group stakeholders to clarify requirements and responsibilities.
  • Maintain procedures, interpretation documents, and policies supporting the reporting standards.
  • Work with second and third lines of defense to ensure reporting framework robustness.
Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, office-based.
