- Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Reporting, you will help deliver the regulatory reporting Policy Standard and related controls across Paragon Banking Group PLC.
- Develop and support regulatory, treasury, and financial reporting frameworks in line with best practices and regulatory expectations.
- Ensure the timely and accurate submission of all regulatory returns.
- Monitor regulatory reporting requirements and support the impact analysis of new regulations.
- Report on the performance of the regulatory reporting Policy Standard to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Group stakeholders to clarify requirements and responsibilities.
- Maintain procedures, interpretation documents, and policies supporting the reporting standards.
- Work with second and third lines of defense to ensure reporting framework robustness.
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, office-based.
- Experience in financial services, particularly within a regulatory reporting team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet critical deadlines.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills for complex information.
- Quick learner of new processes and regulations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
