Qualifications

• 2-5 years PQE as a solicitor in healthcare regulatory or professional discipline.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision on healthcare regulatory matters.
• Advising on GMC and GDC investigations.
• Representing clients at inquests and pre-inquest hearings.
• Advising on police investigations and Trust disciplinary matters.
• Supporting senior lawyers and supervising junior team members.
• Meeting financial and chargeable hour targets.
• Producing client management information reports.
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development.

Ranked Tier 1 by The Legal 500, we act for Medical Defence Organisations, insurers and private clients in regulatory, disciplinary, coronial and criminal matters. With specialists based across Leeds, London, Manchester and Cardiff, we offer the opportunity to work on high-quality, complex cases alongside some of the most experienced practitioners in the field. We are looking for a Senior Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE to join our Leeds, London or Manchester office. You will manage a varied caseload and work closely with colleagues across the national team, advising clients on a range of healthcare regulatory and professional discipline matters. Why Join Us?

Key responsibilities will include:

• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities
