Regulatory Operations is a global organization within Payments Operations supporting the Trust & Safety Product in the Payments Business, part of the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB). It is responsible for submitting over 120,000 reports to regulators annually.
As the Regulatory Operations (RO) PMO/Business Manager, you will enhance the effectiveness of the RO management team through proactive, simple, and consistent organizational support and leadership.
Job Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Driving key business initiatives, assisting in daily activities such as creating objectives and accomplishments, planning town halls and offsites, talent reviews, and driving people agenda activities across the organization, including strategic planning.
- Business Reporting & Review: Creating and presenting periodic non-financial information for business and governance reviews with Ops leads, front office, and F&BM partners.
- Communications: Developing and managing internal and external communications, including organizational announcements, Symphony maintenance, intranet development, newsletters, videos, and year-end messaging.
- Metrics: Building out OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), ensuring the organization measures what matters, with automated and accessible metrics.
- Strategy and Planning: Collaborating with supported leads to develop and own future operational support plans aligned with business strategies over short to medium term.
- Structural Governance Ownership: Managing business reviews, executive reporting, leadership meetings, and other business events like offsites and planning sessions.
- Product-centric Approach: Developing an end-to-end product-centric approach, partnering, challenging, and influencing as a standard practice.
