This practice is seeking an NQ Solicitor to work alongside a Legal 500 listed Partner. Ideally, you will have gained experience in Regulatory work during your training contract or as a Paralegal. The main purpose of this role is to handle a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters, including public inquiries, DVSA investigations, traffic commissioner hearings, planning & environmental issues, heavy haulage work, international carriage of goods, and defending various prosecutions against the haulage industry.

Despite being a small boutique, the client base is second to none, and the work rivals top-tier city law firms. You will advise and represent commercial clients, including FTSE 100/250 companies. Business development is not a focus due to the firm’s reputation; instead, the role emphasizes fee earning and providing excellent client service.
