Cpl is collaborating with a growing beauty and skincare company focusing on colour cosmetics, skincare, hair care, body care, and fragrances. The company supplies high street retailers, online fashion retailers, and licensed products worldwide.

The role involves leading the Regulatory Compliance Team, managing regulatory and technical compliance for retail partners and product ranges, and ensuring products meet global sale requirements. You will collaborate with NPD teams and external factories to support product development and compliance.

Role Responsibilities:

• Be the primary contact for regulatory inquiries.
• Communicate complex regulatory requirements effectively across teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for all product artworks and marketing messages globally.
• Support the development and implementation of global regulatory strategies.
• Assist NPD with claims and testing to ensure compliance and maximization of claims.
• Maintain knowledge of global regulations to ensure agility and compliance.
• Own the development of safe, compliant products, advising on ingredients and external consultants.
• Prepare technical documentation for submissions, licensing, and changes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
