About the Role
The team are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regulatory Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading regulatory strategies and submissions for products in the biocides and/or plant protection products (PPP) sectors. Your expertise will ensure compliance with EU and global regulatory frameworks, enabling successful product registrations and market access.
Lead and manage regulatory activities for biocidal or PPP products across the EU and/or global markets.
Prepare, review, and submit product dossiers in accordance with BPR (EU Regulation 528/2012) or PPP regulations (1107/2009).
Liaise with regulatory authorities and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance.
Provide strategic regulatory advice to cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, marketing, legal).
Monitor regulatory trends and advise on implications for product development and lifecycle management.
Represent the company in industry groups and regulatory forums.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science or a related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of regulatory experience in biocides and/or PPP.
In-depth knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks for biocidal products (BPR) and/or plant protection products (Regulation 1107/2009).
Experience with dossier preparation, submission, and communication with regulatory bodies.
Experience with global regulatory submissions (e.g., US EPA, APAC, LATAM).
Knowledge of IUCLID, R4BP 3, or similar regulatory systems.
