Responsibilities
  • Managing and progressing complaints from initial reception to panel stage by assessing, investigating, and triaging cases.
  • Identifying and escalating legal or sensitive risks and maintaining regular communication with all parties involved.
  • This is a hybrid role with flexible in office attendance, required only for team meetings, events, and one-on-one sessions.
