The Financial Conduct Authority is seeking an Enforcement Investigator in Edinburgh to join the Enforcement & Market Oversight division. You will handle investigations in the Retail and Regulatory Investigations area, draft documents, interview subjects, and present findings to internal committees.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing large volumes of information and drawing key conclusions.
• Experience in financial services and/or fraud investigation/litigation.

Responsibilities

• Take on varied cases with supervision, advancing a portfolio of investigations.
• Progress investigations to meet deadlines, gather evidence, and develop team understanding.
• Draft case documents and correspondence with subjects and witnesses.
• Participate in interviews using powers where appropriate and present findings to committees.
