A major UK water company seeks a Regulatory Information Specialist to support environmental compliance efforts. The role involves reviewing draft correspondence and coaching advisors. Candidates should possess a degree in Environmental Science or Law, alongside strong communication skills. The position offers a salary of up to £52,050, alongside benefits like health and wellbeing programs, pension scheme, and 26 days holiday, increasing to 30 with service.
We have a fantastic opportunity at Thames Water where you will be part of a team responding to the Environment Agency (EA) across various communication mediums. This high-profile role involves working with our legal team at Eversheds Sutherland and the Environment Agency, providing exposure across the business at all levels and contributing to the company's wider environmental function.
You will critically review the Team’s Advisors' draft correspondence to EA related to criminal investigations into TWUL pollution and non-compliance incidents. You will support and coach the Advisors, leading and acting as the Team’s Manager delegate.
Base location: Hybrid - an average of two days a week at Clearwater Court, Vastern Rd, Reading.
Working hours: Flexible options available, to be discussed at interview.
