Albany Beck is seeking a Finance Project & Governance Manager to support a high-profile regulatory application and establish robust governance frameworks. You will work with Finance leadership, project teams, and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial analysis and regulatory submissions.

The role combines financial management, project coordination, and governance expertise within a regulated financial services environment, with a focus on improving governance and reporting

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance/Regulatory Reporting, FP&A, Treasury, Finance Change or Finance Transformation within financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial statements: P&L, balance sheet, forecasting.
• Experience supporting regulatory initiatives or large-scale change programmes in financial services.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management, plus ability to convey complex financial information to exec audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Finance workstreams supporting regulatory applications and strategic business initiatives.
• Ensure governance and control over financial inputs submitted for regulatory applications, including base case and stress testing.
• Coordinate information requests from project teams ensuring timely delivery of Finance outputs.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and reporting materials for CFO and senior leadership.
• Perform financial analysis across key areas including Legal Entity P&L and Balance Sheet reporting.
