Eleos Compliance is a dynamic, technology services start-up based in the UK and operating internationally. We seek an experienced technical product certification professional for a combined technical and research role.

As a small company, your duties will be varied and may include:

1. Leading research activities, including procurement, review, and presentation of regulatory intelligence.
2. Managing the Eleos Intelligence Hub.
3. Project management, risk mitigation, problem solving, and reporting.
4. Preparing and pre-testing product samples for overseas conformance testing.
5. Preparing type approval application files and submitting them to international regulatory authorities.
6. Shipping product samples.
7. Supporting formal testing at overseas labs.
8. Vendor relationship management, performance assessment, and negotiations.

Applicants should have the following experience, skills, and mindset:

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in certification of RF communication devices.
• Understanding of international standards for RF and IT devices, including CE and FCC.
• Experience with EU and FCC testing.
• Basic knowledge of RF technologies and terminology.
• Experience researching regulations and handling data.

Skills:

• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages like French or Arabic are beneficial.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office.
• Ability to interpret technical documents, test reports, schematics, and PCB layouts.
• Experience operating spectrum analyzers.
