A small company with a big vision, Eleos Compliance are a dynamic, technology services start-up based in the home counties of the U.K. and operating internationally. We are seeking an experienced technical product certification professional for a combined technical and research role.

As a small company, your duties will be varied and may include:

1. Leading research activities, including procurement, review, and presentation of regulatory intelligence.
2. Project management, risk mitigation, problem solving, and reporting.
3. Preparation and pre-testing of product samples ahead of conformance testing overseas.
4. Preparing type approval application files and handling their submission to international government regulatory authorities.
5. Shipping of product samples.
6. Supporting formal testing processes at overseas labs.
7. Vendor relationship management, performance assessment, and pricing negotiations.

Candidates should have the following experience, skills, and mindset:

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in certification of RF communications devices.
• Understanding of international standards for RF and IT devices, including CE and FCC.
• Experience with or knowledge of EU and FCC testing.
• Basic knowledge of RF technologies and terminology.
• Experience with research into regulations and data handling.

Skills:

• Fluent in English, additional languages like French or Arabic beneficial.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office.
• Ability to interpret technical documents such as test reports and schematic diagrams.
• Experience operating a spectrum analyser.
