A leading water and wastewater company in the UK is seeking a Regulatory Enforcement Specialist in Reading. This role involves working with the Environment Agency and legal teams to address compliance issues and contribute to environmental stewardship. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to contribute to Thames Water’s mitigation of enforcement risk related to water discharge non-compliance against environmental permits and pollution incidents.
You will be part of a team responding to the Environment Agency (EA) across various communication mediums. This high-profile role involves working with our legal team at Eversheds Sutherland and the Environment Agency, providing exposure across all levels of the business and contributing to the company's wider environmental efforts.
Hybrid location: average of two days a week at Clearwater Court, Vastern Rd, Reading. Flexible working arrangements available.
Starting salary between £43,120 - £50,000, 26 days annual leave increasing with service, pension scheme, health and wellbeing benefits, and more.
