Job summary

bet365 is seeking a Regulatory Data Developer to shape reporting systems for accurate, timely regulatory data. You will transform complex data models into regulator-ready outputs, migrate legacy SQL Server solutions to GCP, and design cloud-native reporting systems in BigQuery.

The role emphasizes accuracy, traceability and performance. You will work on data modeling, pipeline development, validation and automation, with AI-assisted development helping to improve consistency and reduce manual

Qualifications

Experience with Google BigQuery and SQL in cloud environments.
Strong SQL development skills including complex queries and performance tuning.
Familiarity with GCP services (Cloud Storage, Functions, Pub/Sub).
Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and data orchestration tooling.
Knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure as code approaches.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Git/GitLab for version control.
Interest in AI-assisted development tooling such as Claude Code.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain regulatory data submission systems across on-prem SQL Server and GCP BigQuery.
Build automated pipelines for ingesting and transforming regulatory data.
Support migration of legacy reporting to BigQuery and cloud-native solutions.
Implement validation checks, monitoring and alerting for submission accuracy.
Collaborate with senior staff to design efficient cloud-native reporting.
