Job summary

Qualifications

• Solicitor with payments regulation experience.
• Experience advising PSD2 and Payment Services Regulations.
• Familiar with card issuing, payments businesses, fintechs or financial institutions.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders with commercially focused guidance.

Responsibilities

• Advise on payments regulation affecting card products and payments services.
• Support development and launch of new products by translating regulatory requirements into practical guidance.
• Provide guidance on FCA expectations and related regulatory standards.
• Identify legal/regulatory risks and help implement compliant solutions.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across legal, compliance, risk and commercial teams.
