Are you a qualified solicitor with a passion for consumer finance? If so, we want to hear from you! Haven is looking for a highly experienced Regulatory Counsel to join our Legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will act as the lead advisor on all regulatory matters, ensuring the business conducts itself in accordance with its statutory, regulatory and conduct obligations, including those required by the FCA and the Gambling Commission.
You’ll be a trusted adviser to the Haven board, working closely with the Executive team, Finance, Commercial and Caravan Sales colleagues to provide expert guidance across legal, regulatory, compliance, corporate governance and conduct risk issues, overseeing the frameworks that keep our business safe, compliant and well‑governed.
This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role for a commercially minded regulatory specialist who thrives on complexity, enjoys shaping policy and process, and can translate regulatory obligations into practical business outcomes.
