Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Vice President, Regulatory & Compliance to join its International Regulatory & Compliance Team, based in London. This role will support a broad range of regulatory, compliance, corporate governance, and risk management activities across its UK and EMEA operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior members of the International Regulatory & Compliance Team to help maintain and enhance the firm’s compliance framework, support regulatory obligations, and

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of FCA regulatory requirements (SMCR, Conduct Rules, promotions, AML/CFT)
• Knowledge of private markets, wealth management or fund distribution is advantageous
• 6–10 years in compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management, or related fields
• Understanding of financial crime and KYC/sanctions obligations
• Familiarity with UK/European regulatory requirements for regulated financial services

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance UK/EMEA compliance framework and regulatory inventories
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise business stakeholders on applicable requirements
• Provide guidance on financial promotions, conflicts of interest, AML/CFT, staff compliance, and regulatory recordkeeping
• Oversee compliance training, testing, and governance reporting including FCA filings
• Improve compliance processes and controls, including use of AI and technology
• Support regulatory reporting and responses to audits and examinations
