ASK4 is looking for a Regulatory & Compliance Officer to own data protection and telecoms regulatory compliance across its European estate. This is a hands‑on role with real breadth, from consumer-facing regulatory documents to M&A integration work and if you prefer to implement rather than advise, this could be the role for you!
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will take responsibility for regulatory and data protection compliance across ASK4's European estate. That means converting legal and regulatory requirements into working documents, practical processes and system changes then checking that those changes actually stick. This is a broad role that spans telecoms consumer regulation, UK and EU data protection law, product compliance, and M&A integration work. You will pick up compliance issues, take them to a defined position, and implement that position. No waiting for someone else to drive it over the line. This is a fixed term position for 12 months.
You will have substantial experience in a regulatory compliance, data protection or GRC role, with genuine ownership of delivery not just a track record of producing advice that others implement. You might have worked in-house or on the advisory side what matters is that you can point to things you have actually built and checked. Beyond that, we are looking for:
