We’re on the lookout for a Regulatory Compliance Engineer with deep RF knowledge, regulatory expertise, and strong leadership. You’ll be the go-to technical expert—guiding your team, supporting customers worldwide, and shaping the future of RF compliance for global market access.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing key customer accounts and cross-functional collaboration
• Mentoring engineers and solving complex technical challenges

What You’ll Need

• A solid STEM degree (Electronics, Telecoms, Physics, etc.) but candidates with medicine compliance would not find this role a suitable fit.
• Strong RF compliance experience (EU/FCC)
• Expert in global regulatory documents, RF tech & troubleshooting
• Full UK driving license and passport to enable travel to customer sites as and when required
