Job summary

Amentum is actively recruiting a Regulatory Compliance Officer to join the CommOps team. You will coordinate across regulatory, compliance and operational interfaces to enable successful project delivery, working with engineering, operations, contractors and project stakeholders.

You will influence, communicate and drive collaboration to maintain alignment and commissioning readiness, promoting safety, quality and governance throughout the processes.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or equivalent in relevant subject i.e. Business Administration.
• Previous experience supporting project coordination and delivery in a highly regulated industry.
• Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels effectively.

Responsibilities

• Building effective relationships with stakeholders across project teams, operational organisations, contractors, regulatory and licensing functions to support successful commissioning outcomes
• Supporting the coordination of regulatory and compliance activities, ensuring commissioning arrangements align with governance requirements and industry best practice
• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to identify challenges, manage risks and implement practical solutions
• Supporting the delivery of CommOps programmes by facilitating communication, coordination and alignment across multiple workstreams
• Providing guidance within the CommOps environment, promoting high standards of regulatory safety, quality and performance
• Supporting the monitoring progress, compliance and readiness activities to ensure commitments are delivered effectively and safely
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and sharing lessons learned to strengthen future performance
