Innovate Awarding, part of the Lifetime Group, is seeking a part-time Regulation and Compliance Executive to support the Compliance Team and help ensure quality across the organisation. The role focuses on assessing the validity of regulated qualifications and End-Point Assessments, and coordinating activities that support regulator audits.

With strong IT skills, experience with administration systems and databases, you will manage deadlines, produce clear documentation, and work effectively

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Experience using administration systems and working with databases
• Proven ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities
• Excellent written communication, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation
• Confident and professional oral communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage large volumes of work
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
• Ability to work independently and prioritise workload

• Sensitivity and empathy when handling safeguarding concerns

Responsabilités

• The Regulation and Compliance Executive will provide support to the Compliance Team and will contribute to the quality assurance and improvements across the organisation.
• Review processes relating to the validity of regulated qualifications and end-point assessment.
• Coordinate activities that support regulator audits.
