Russell Taylor Group are partnering with a rapidly expanding consumer brand that has just completed a record year of growth. We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Associate to play a key role in ensuring product compliance across UK and EU markets. This position is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for nutraceuticals, food supplements and regulatory best practice.

You will be joining a state-of-the‑art facility with significant investment, offering strong opportunities for career development and long‑term progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review product labelling, artwork and marketing materials for UK/EU regulatory compliance.
  • Advise on nutrition and health claims in line with EFSA and UK regulations.
  • Manage product registrations and notifications for EU markets.
  • Provide day‑to‑day regulatory support to NPD, Marketing, Quality and Operations teams.
  • Support export and import compliance across expanding international markets.
  • Identify regulatory risks and propose practical solutions.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of food supplement and nutraceutical legislation.
  • Create and maintain finished product specifications and coordinate nutritional analysis.
The Person
  • Experience in regulatory compliance within the nutraceutical, food supplements or food manufacturing industry.
  • Educated to degree level in Food Science, Nutritional Science or similar.
  • 1–2 years' experience with UK and EU food/supplement regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and highly organised.
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally and managing competing priorities.
