The Role

We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Associate to join a dynamic team. The role involves providing regulatory advisory support, managing compliance queries, and developing compliance policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle compliance queries related to Personal Account Dealing, Gifts & Hospitality, and Compliance Declarations.
  • Support compliance monitoring and assist with MI reporting for senior management.
  • Assist in drafting and updating policies and delivering compliance training to business teams.
  • Manage conflicts of interest and ensure adherence to FCA regulations.
  • Prepare and review compliance reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to improve compliance systems and processes.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in Regulatory Compliance within a UK-regulated financial institution, preferably in private equity, asset management, or banking.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and market abuse controls.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with compliance systems.
