Description du poste

A leading global multi-strategy investment manager with a significant London presence is looking to bring in a Regulatory Change & Reporting Specialist. This is an initial 6-month contract, but has a strong chance that the role will convert to a permanent position. With a very competitive compensation package, this is a great chance to join a world-renowned multi-strategy hedge fund.

You'll take ownership of reviewing and evolving the firm's MAS derivatives reporting process, identifying control gaps, process inefficiencies and reporting breaks, and driving remediation and improvement. You'll also be expected to bring broader regulatory reporting and change experience to the table, supporting other reporting obligations and transformation initiatives as the team's remit develops.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Reviewing and refining the current MAS reporting process end-to-end, from trade capture through to submission.
  • Partnering with Compliance, Legal and Technology to interpret rule changes (e.g., MAS revisions, EMIR Refit, MiFID II updates) and translate them into process, system and control updates.
  • Identifying control gaps, process inefficiencies and reporting breaks, and driving remediation.
  • Leveraging reporting systems to manage multi-jurisdiction reporting workflows.
  • Supporting wider reg reporting initiatives across other regimes as the function matures.
  • Producing MI and reporting on exceptions, breaks and remediation progress for senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years' experience in regulatory reporting, regulatory change, operations risk or a related control function, ideally gained within a bank, asset manager or investment platform
  • Direct hands-on experience with DTCC trade repository reporting.
  • Strong working knowledge of MAS reporting requirements for OTC derivatives (interest rate, credit, FX, commodity or equity contracts).
  • Familiarity with Cappitech or a comparable regulatory reporting technology platform.
  • Broader exposure to other reporting regimes (EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR, CFTC, ASIC, HKMA or similar) is highly advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across Operations, Compliance, Technology and third-party vendors
  • A proactive attitude towards work, with a clear appetite to work on the buy-side.

The successful candidate will be coming to the end of a current contract, have a short notice period, or be immediately available.
