Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in regulatory change, compliance governance or related role.
• Experience in investment banking or financial services is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory developments and produce high-quality MI.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on the bank.
• Coordinate allocation of regulatory changes to compliance specialists and stakeholders.
• Maintain an accurate regulatory obligations register.
• Produce clear management information for senior stakeholders and governance committees.
• Support newly established regulatory-change forums and initiatives.
• Contribute to wider compliance transformation projects and engage with external advisers.
