Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong understanding of the JHP and Nucleus platform front‑end, all tax wrappers.
• Ability to prioritise client and business needs and manage risk effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in regulatory change and policy drafting.
• Knowledge of FCA conduct rules and Consumer Duty.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory, technical, and marketing developments.
• Interpret legislation into material for the Regulatory Change Committee.
• Support implementation of required regulatory changes.
• Engage with HMRC and other third‑party requests.
• Act as a go‑to person for wrapper queries and support Proposition Managers.
• Assist with change and proposition enhancement.
• Undertake KPI monitoring to identify failures in processes.
• Ensure routine tasks are processed promptly.
