The Opportunity – Litigation, Criminal Regulatory & Compliance

Their Litigation, Criminal Regulatory, and Compliance team is growing, and they are seeking a talented individual to join them. They provide expert legal advice on a broad range of criminal regulatory matters, including:

• Health and safety compliance, criminal investigations, and enforcement
• Fire, gas, and water safety regulations
• Building safety and construction-related compliance
• White collar crime, licensing, and environmental law
• Advocacy in inquests, criminal prosecutions, and regulatory proceedings

Who They’re Looking For

They are seeking a motivated legal professional with experience in one or more of the following: regulatory law, criminal defence or prosecution, inquests, enforcement, compliance or related areas. While not essential, additional expertise in advocacy is a plus.
