Job summary

W Talent are exclusively representing a well-established manufacturing company seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist on a permanent basis. You will manage CLP/GHS classification, SDS authoring, PCN and UFI management, and ensure packaging and labeling comply with UK and EU regulations.

Working with R&D, Quality, Operations, Commercial and Marketing, you will provide regulatory guidance across the business, maintain documentation, review artwork, and support regulatory process improvements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with CLP/GHS product classification.
• Strong hands-on experience authoring and maintaining Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Ability to provide regulatory guidance across functions.

Responsibilities

• Classify products per EU CLP, GB CLP and GHS requirements.
• Author, review and maintain SDS for formulated products.
• Manage Poison Centre Notifications (PCN) and UFI codes.
• Review and approve product artwork and packaging for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate SDS translations and ensure regulatory documentation meets local market requirements.
