Job summary

W Talent and an established manufacturing business are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to own regulatory compliance across products, from classification to labelling, including SDS management and PCNs.

You will collaborate with Technical, Quality, NPD, Production and Commercial teams to keep regulatory information up to date and to support product changes in a fast-moving manufacturing environment. This role offers ownership and a real impact within the technical function.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience authoring and maintaining Safety Data Sheets (SDSs).
• Strong knowledge of CLP, GB CLP and GHS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Author, review and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDSs).
• Classify products under CLP, GB CLP and GHS regulations.
• Assess hazard statements and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure regulatory information is reflected in documentation and labelling.
• Prepare and maintain Poison Centre Notifications (PCNs) and UFI codes.
• Review product artwork and packaging for regulatory compliance.
• Assess regulatory impact of changes and new developments.
• Provide regulatory advice to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory updates and implement changes.
• Maintain regulatory records and compliance processes.
• Support continuous improvement across regulatory processes.
