Sitting within our Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team, you'll work closely with colleagues across departments and regions to ensure compliance and support product innovation. Help shape safe, responsible innovation!

The Regulatory Affairs Manager will support product compliance and sustainability across the UK and Ireland and plays a key part in guiding product development, interpreting legislation, and collaborating across teams to ensure Crown Paints continues to meet evolving regulatory standards.

  • Developing and maintaining labelling systems for multiple markets
  • Representing Crown in regulatory forums and with key external bodies
Who we're looking for:

This role would suit someone with experience in regulatory affairs and a background in chemistry, coatings, or a similar technical field. Whether your knowledge comes from formal study or practical application, your ability to navigate legislation and support safe innovation is what counts.
