About the Role

We're on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented Regulation and Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic team at Indigo Networks.

Reporting directly to our forward-thinking Head of Regulation and Compliance (HoRC), you'll play a key role in navigating the fast-moving world of energy regulation. This is your chance to be at the heart of ensuring our business remains compliant, competitive, and ahead of the curve across the markets we serve.

·Keeping Indigo Networks aligned with evolving regulatory frameworks.

·Monitoring and interpreting market changes to identify key risks and opportunities.

What you will need…

·Experience navigating regulatory landscapes—ideally in electricity, gas, or water.

·A track record of spotting key compliance issues and staying ahead of changes.

·Confidence in translating complex regulations into clear, actionable insights.

·Strong administrative and project management—you’re organised, reliable, and know how to keep deadlines on track.

·Clear and confident communicator, able to simplify technical topics for different audiences.

·Proactive, curious, and always learning—especially when it comes to industry developments.
