Job summary

Legal & General (L&G) is a leading UK financial services group seeking a Communications Executive to join our Workplace Savings team. This role suits someone early in their communications career who enjoys detail-led work, structured processes and delivering from request to completion.

You’ll help create clear, accurate, compliant communications for our members, coordinating with colleagues, agencies and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with copy, formatting and information accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisation and multitasking abilities.
• Comfort with following processes and structured admin tasks.
• Experience creating, reviewing, or coordinating customer-facing communications.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering regulated communications and literature across workplace savings schemes.
• Managing and coordinating logo requests and updates per brand standards and processes.
• Supporting document expiry tasks across forms, guides, and member booklets.
• Reviewing content for accuracy, formatting, grammar, version control and compliance.
• Managing mailbox queries and coordinating answers with internal teams.
• Collaborating with agencies, suppliers and stakeholders to progress updates and approvals.
• Supporting email campaigns and member communication activity.
• Using data and feedback to improve communication effectiveness.
