Job summary

Dogs Trust is seeking a Regular Giving Programme Manager to lead our Regular Giving team and enhance supporter experience across the UK and internationally. You’ll deliver programmes, develop new product opportunities (including Sponsor a Dog), analyse performance, and provide strategic insight to projects throughout the year.

This fixed-term contract runs from December 2026 to November 2027; interviews are provisionally scheduled for 12th and 13th October 2026 via Teams.

Qualifications

• Significant fundraising experience, especially in individual giving and supporter experience strategies.
• Strong people management and the ability to coach and guide teams.
• Excellent communicator capable of strategic conversations with internal stakeholders.
• Passionate about Dogs Trust and its mission.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the successful delivery of Regular Giving programmes, including Sponsor a Dog.
• Continually analyse performance and review plans to improve outcomes.
• Develop new product opportunities and maintain existing ones to engage supporters.
• Lead and manage the Regular Giving team, embedding a high-performance culture.
• Provide strategic input, insight gathering, and analysis to projects throughout the year.
