About the Role

The Student Systems and Data team, working within the Registry, is responsible for all student-focused business-critical systems and is pivotal in ensuring effective education administration across the College.

The role involves managing the team supporting student systems and integrations. The role holder will be a point of authority, responsible for ensuring the day-to-day continuity of system operations, overseeing process improvements, and fostering a culture of continual improvement across Student Administration.

About the Candidate

You will be educated to degree level with technical experience working with databases and IT software. Knowledge of core academic and administrative functions in higher education, experience managing a team, and customer service help desk query management are required.
