Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientated Administrator to join our Registry Services Team, supporting courses across the University’s two Academic Schools:

School of Health, Education, Policing and Sciences
School of Digital Technologies, Innovation and Business
This is a vital role that contributes to the full student lifecycle – from admission through to graduation – ensuring a smooth and supportive academic experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of a collaborative and dynamic team, you will be involved in a range of administrative duties, including:

Managing course and module enrolments
Supporting course committees and taking minutes
Processing student marks and preparing Award Body documentation
Organising and supporting Award Boards
Coordinating assessment moderation and External Examiner sampling
Administering Exceptional Circumstances claims
Maintaining accurate student records throughout their academic journey
