Job description

Isometric is the world’s most trusted carbon registry. We help Fortune 100 companies tackle climate change and avoid greenwashing.

Using our best-in-class verification technology, we issue scientifically rigorous carbon credits—the currency for the $1 trillion carbon economy.

We’re looking for doers with a bias to action. Our team is brilliant and cares (a lot).

Join us for the most impactful role of your career—and the best job you’ve ever had.

Things you’ll do in this role:
  • Facilitate successful delivery of multiple simultaneous validation & verification projects in order to help Isometric suppliers comply with our requirements to issue highest quality carbon credits.

  • Provide best-in-class customer service, ensuring timely responses and positive experience for all suppliers and verifiers involved in the validation & verification process.

  • Improve the processes: streamline the operations within your own area, and work closely with Isometric's technology team to use your experience in informing the build out of the verification platform.

Things we’re looking for:
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and time management. Tech-savviness with a preference for using the best tools will help.

  • Proactive ownership, readiness to voice opinions and a willingness to get stuck into whatever is required to move the company forward.

  • Relentless curiosity to gain and use technical knowledge to help Isometric suppliers and verifiers robustly understand and apply requirements of the Isometric protocols.

This role isn’t for you if:
  • You want a remote job. We value in-person collaboration and spend three days a week in the office.

  • You prefer staying within your area of expertise and operating in structured environments. We navigate ambiguity at extreme pace and everyone is a generalist.

  • You’re looking for a short term gig. We’re building for the long term and looking for people ready to grow with us for 5-10 years.
