  • Maintain a clean and safe ward environment, adhering to infection prevention standards.
  • Support and mentor junior staff, promoting a positive learning environment.
Requirements for the Ward Lab Nurse role:
  • Degree or equivalent in Nursing (RGN qualified) with active NMC Registration (Adult).
  • Recent nursing experience in the UK, demonstrating a solid understanding of ward procedures and patient care.
