Job description

We are recruiting for our brand new Hospital.

This is an exciting time for an RVN to join our team as we expand into our new premises, offering gold standard nursing care and developing referral-level veterinary care for our clients.

Working hours/rota

This is a part-time position, offering 28 hours per week.

About us

With a total of 4 sites, Plymouth Vets offers quality care for pets 24/7 with a team of 10 vets supported by a dedicated team of nurses and support staff. As a training practice, Plymouth prides itself on fostering a learning culture, ensuring both vets and nurses can reach their full potential.

As an RVN, you can expect to undertake a variety of nursing duties that play to your strengths, including working with the surgical team, inpatient care, nurse clinics, or within the emergency team working out of hours.

The new hospital enables the expansion of standard first opinion work with multiple consult rooms, wards, theatres, and referral services within Plymouth. The introduction of CT is an exciting development that offers opportunities for RVNs to further develop their skills.
