Registered Veterinary Nurse - Small Animal FTC

Wigmore Vetsis seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team on a maternity cover contract.

In this role, you will be involved in a variety of tasks that include consulting, assisting with surgeries and anaesthesia, ultrasounds and performing laboratory work, x-ray. You will also provide dental care and inpatient care. Additionally, you will handle general nursing duties and patient care ensuring that every patient receives the best possible care throughout their journey with us.

Our wonderful practice is located in a lovely residential area in Wigmore Rainham, Kent. We are well established in the area and have a huge loyal client base to evidence that. The practice is very busy, with something to keep you on your toes every day.

Due to the busy nature of the practice, we also offer fantastic clinical exposure. The surgery is well-equipped including in-house blood machine and digital X-ray machines. Our supportive team

Our amazing team of 2 Vets, 10 RVNs, 1 SVN 1 Kennel Assistant and 5 Receptionists. Our Nursing and support team are extremely knowledgeable and highly trained to assist the vets in many ways, which makes working at Wigmore a true pleasure.

Working hours

The role involves working four 10-hour days from 08:30 to 18:30, Monday to Friday, with 2:4 Saturdays from 08:30 to 12:00.
