A veterinary practice located in Poole is seeking a qualified veterinary nurse to join their supportive team. The role offers flexible working arrangements with a focus on continuous professional development, a competitive salary up to £30,000 depending on experience, generous annual leave, and various wellbeing initiatives. You will work primarily at the Alderney branch, providing care for small animals. Previous experience or education in veterinary nursing is required.
We are looking for a qualified veterinary nurse to join our friendly and supportive team. This role can be tailored to your strengths and interests, with a strong focus on learning and CPD. You will be primarily based at our Alderney branch, with occasional cover at Kinson if needed. We're also open to considering a second-year student veterinary nurse for the position.
Your working week will be Monday to Friday, with a mixture of early and late shifts, plus participation in a 1 in 4 Saturday rota from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. We welcome full-time, part-time, and flexible working options and are happy to discuss arrangements that suit both you and the practice.
Aniwell is a first-opinion small animal practice with branches in Bournemouth and Poole. Our Bournemouth site is fully equipped with digital X-rays, ultrasounds, in-house lab machines, therapeutic laser, and dental radiography. We are proud to be a Gold Cat-Friendly Clinic. Our Poole site houses all endoscopy equipment, including rigid and flexible scopes, and all laparoscopic spays are performed there. Located close to Bournemouth and Poole town centres, our sites have excellent transport links and are near beautiful beaches and the New Forest.
