A veterinary clinic in Crieff is seeking a Small Animal Veterinary Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care. You will assist with clinical procedures, manage nursing appointments, and mentor junior staff. As a Small Animal Veterinary Nurse with us, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care across a range of cases. Your responsibilities will include assisting with clinical procedures, providing pre- and post-operative care, managing nursing appointments, and supporting client education. You will be part of a collaborative team, contributing to a positive working environment and ensuring the best outcomes for our patients and their owners. Mentoring junior nursing staff and helping to develop their skills will also be a valued part of this role.
Our three well-established sites in Crieff, Perth (Fair City), and Auchterarder each have strong community ties and unique strengths. We are proud to offer advanced veterinary services including laparoscopy, ultrasonography, dental radiography (IM3), in-house lab testing, radiography, and laser therapy. Our dedicated team includes six vets, five RVNs, three SVNs, and two ACAs, supported by a fantastic reception team. We are passionate about continuous professional development, encouraging specialisation, and supporting clinical progression at all levels.
This full-time position involves working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with the option of a 4 or 5 day working week.
